Our teachers offer a wide range of styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa (Flow), Restorative, Yin, Power/Strength Building, Prenatal and Postnatal, Yoga Therapy, Kids and Family Yoga, Seniors and Chair Yoga. Some teachers are certified in Pilates, some in Thai Massage, some have nutrition training, and some are also comfortable sharing the subtler aspects of yoga including Pranayama (breath practices), Meditation and Mindfulness, and Yoga Philosophy. Whether you’re in a classroom, home, office, or condo, a beginner or seasoned yoga veteran–all are welcome!

Rory has adapted the poses so that I am more able to do them, but challenges me to keep pushing myself.
