Our teachers offer a wide range of styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa (Flow), Restorative, Yin, Power/Strength Building, Prenatal and Postnatal, Yoga Therapy, Kids and Family Yoga, Seniors and Chair Yoga. Some teachers are certified in Pilates, and some are also comfortable sharing the subtler aspects of yoga including Pranayama (breath practices), Meditation and Mindfulness, and Yoga Philosophy. Beginners or seasoned yoga veterans–all welcome!
